Refund policy

Our Refund Policy and Procedure document provides a clear outline of how Jesuit Community College manages the process of refunding student tuition fees and other charges.

Government Funded Courses

Refunds can only be paid to the payer of the invoice eg: the student or third party. When tuition is paid by Skills First and the Jesuit Social Services Student Support fund, refunds do not apply.

Fee For Service Courses

Refunds for current, prospective and third-party invoice payers

Cancellation of fee for service training:
  • 10 or more business days prior to agreed start date of course: 90% refund (10% is retained for administration fees).
  • 9-5 business days prior to agreed start date of course: 50% refund.
  • Less than 5 business days prior to agreed start date course:  No refund
  • Withdrawal after course commencement. No refund
If Jesuit Community College is unable to:
  • Commence and/ or cancels a course then 100% refund applies
  • Continue to deliver a course then a partial refund or alternative placement in a course applies
Medical reasons
  • Withdrawal due to medical reasons. Student must produce a medical certificate. Full refund applies
